Butterfly

This luminaire was developed as part of the lighting design project for Acne Studios headquarters in Stockholm. The “Butterfly” family consists of small, unobtrusive, dual-beam lights, made from solid block machined raw aluminium, placed here and there like butterflies alighting on the glass staircase. They produce a line of soft light along the handrail, thus highlighting the concrete spiral.
